Welcome to my website!
My name is Kirsten Cliff and this is a site dedicated to that which I love most: writing. I 'discovered'
writing by chance, in 2005, when health
complications reduced my options for work. I have no regrets at all, as this has led to me finding my life's true passion. I specialise in haiku poetry, which I love,
and have been writing since 2007.
My haiku have been published in journals and anthologies, and placed in competitions, in both New Zealand and overseas. I now
also write tanka, haibun and create haiga (haiku poems with images) when the mood strikes me. I live with my fiancé, Cameron, in a house we've set up for
writing: Wordsmith House. I hope you enjoy my website and my writing. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. Yours, with
ink stains, Kirsten.
